In an online session on March 13th, Henrik Moeller presented recent changes to the staff survey feature.
The staff survey feature included as part of the digital maturity assessment platform has been a popular method for participating organisations to reassure themselves of workforce perceptions regarding digital
transformation.
Following user consultations, the DMA team is pleased to launch additional functionality based on user feedback:
- Tags let users track responses from general staff, but also from specific groups or in connection with specific events, e.g. policy or infrastructure launches. An open discussion of how the level of digital maturity assessed resonates with those working in the field
- Custom Questions allow users to reduce the number of different surveys going out to staff by including additional questions.
