Digital Maturity in Information Governance

IG is one of the first areas to reach digital maturity – but what does that look like in the real world?

In recent years, a focus on Information Governance observed across most branches of government and public service has been of particular importance to the areas of health and social care (for obvious reasons). The 2024 update to the assessment illustrates the pace of change within this area, which could now be regarded as fairly mature.

This event will include:

• A refresher: A very brief overview of 2024 findings on Information Governance
• Perspectives: An open discussion of how the level of digital maturity assessed resonates with those working in the field

Format: A brief presentation summarising key findings followed by an open discussion. We 
intend this as  a starting point for creation of specific on-line discussion forums and support development of potential solutions via Community of Practice within the Festival of Transformation.
